How do I get my conference pass?

  • March 25, 7:30 am – 6 pm at Conference Venue
  • March 26, 8:00 am – 6 pm at Conference Venue

Once you’re checked in for UF26, all you need to do is take your conference pass and put it around your neck 🙂

Do I need to print my registration confirmation to get my conference pass at the check-in?

No, you don’t need to print anything. We only need your name 🙂

Why do I need different email addresses for buying multiple tickets?

The email address provided will be used as the participant’s conference ID. You will receive all conference information, along with access to the app, with this email. Therefore, it must be a unique email that is only used with this registration and not used with any other participants.

However, you can enter a second email as CC, which can be used again and again.

Do I have to pre-register for conference sessions?

No, you don’t have to register for sessions. As always, you choose the session you want to attend and just show up. With limited capacity, be sure you are there on time.

Very few selected sessions, however, do require pre-registration: those sessions are specifically marked.

All field trips, in contrast, do require pre-registration.

✚ Owners of the PLUS PASS will get access to their 2 preferred Field Trips & have guaranteed access to all sessions.

Do I have to pre-register for field trips?

Yes, you have to register for your field trips!

Pre-registration to field trips is mandatory as available seats are usually highly limited. Pre-registration will open as soon as tickets go live.

Please be aware: As we have long waiting list for most field trips, we have to charge a no-show fee of 15 €, unless you cancel your trip the day before, by 1  pm. If you cancel the field trip in time, no additional fee applies.

Where do I find the programme of UF26?

You can find the PROGRAMME HERE.

The final event programme including all sessions and speakers will be released on our website by mid January, 2026.
