Ieva Česnulaitytė is a future fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna and the Founding Head of Research and Learning at DemocracyNext. With the latter, she works on building new institutions for the next democratic paradigm of citizen participation, representation, and deliberation.

Previously, Ieva was a Policy Analyst at the OECD, where she worked extensively on innovative citizen participation. She co-authored the OECD’s Evaluation Guidelines for Representative Deliberative Processes, their flagship report Catching the Deliberative Wave, and the well-received Citizen Participation Guidelines.
