Vladimir Svet is the Deputy Mayor of Tallinn and coordinates the activities of the Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department and the Tallinn Municipal Police Department. His key priority is to provide the city’s residents with an inclusive and comfortable city space, which he aims to achieve through the development of parks, green areas, and other urban infrastructure. Before joining the Tallinn City Administration, Vladimir worked at the office of the Chancellor of Justice and previously headed Tallinn’s Lasnamäe and Kesklinn districts as a district elder. He holds a master’s degree in law and is a member of the Center Party.
