Trude Rauken

Deputy Director of the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance | Oslo | Norway
As Deputy Director of the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance (CNCA), Trude Rauken concentrates on the transformation of urban systems in order to reach carbon neutrality, as well as on the necessity to rethink urban leadership to eventually achieve this goal. Prior to that, she worked as a special adviser for the City of Oslo, where she mainly focused on the implementation of the city’s climate action plan. Trude is convinced that “in the end, the world is local”, which is why she is so passionate about supporting public administrations in reaching the 1.5-degree target. Her prior aim is to help climate vanguard cities in their fight to cut emissions while at the same time ensuring an improved quality of life for all people.
