Thorsten Donn is the current head of the department for urban planning and housing for the City of Stuttgart. He holds a diploma in architecture with a focus on urban design and worked for notable planning practice Burns + Nice and Tibbalds in London before joining the department for strategic planning & development at the City of Freiburg, Germany. He has held similar positions also in the German cities of Vaihingen an der Enz and Schorndorf.
