Sini Lamoureux is passionate about change and knowledge management, since she believes these are things many public administrations struggle with. As Project Coordinator at the city of Turku, she is working towards the city’s carbon neutrality by 2029, together with local authorities, businesses, and residents. Besides working with stakeholders representing different sectors, Sini believes that it is important to involve target groups on a grassroot level to promote sustainability.
