Architect, Urban designe, Project manager at IPR Prague | CzechiaRozálie Kašparová admits her work in a public sector is often a battle, that changing the status quo is exhausting, and that it may often seem like nothing matters because the change is too small and happens too slow. Although it would be easier to quit early in the game, it is crucial that a lot of us do not give up and just try. So Rozálie tries each day to positively impact the life in Prague through her work as an architect, urban designer, and project manager at IPR Prague, and strives to incorporate sustainability in everything she does. Even in her free time, she tries to set an example by randomly picking up litter – especially when other people are watching. Rozálie hopes that her little actions inspire others, and that they will start doing the same because anyone can chip in to make their city more livable, without much effort.
