Nikolas Müller

Nikolas Müller is equipped with an ongoing curiosity for new perspectives, which he uses to consult real estate players with new data usage strategies to inform better decision-making. Being so passionate about new interdisciplinary data use strategies in real estate and urban development, Nikolas strives for evidence-based decision-making, leadership, and thus the alignment of the target systems of the different disciplines and the stakeholders involved in the processes and projects of both fields. He has a background in architecture and economics and a PhD in urban sociology. At EBS Business School – with the support of key players in the real estate industry – Nikolas is developing students' leadership and problem-solving skills on various interdisciplinary ESG-related topics in real estate and urban development. He is also a member of the advisory board of Hafen City Hamburg GmbH, which manages Europe's largest inner-city development project.
