Madeline Schneider is Director of Operations of the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) Secretariat. This makes her responsible for all activities related to regional implementation, stakeholder engagement and management, business development, and marketing. Also, as Associate Director at global consultancy firm Guidehouse, Madeline has a strong expertise in the field of sustainable finance and energy efficiency in buildings. She advises banks and investors in designing, implementing, and reporting of sustainability strategies and actions on their transition towards net-zero emissions. A particular focus for Madeline lies in greenhouse gas emissions accounting and emission reduction strategies for commercial real estate and mortgage portfolios. She is familiar managing projects in both the private and public sector in the European Union as well as in developing and emerging economies. Madeline is a certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
