Mădălina-Teodora Andrei’s expertise is in urban geography, spatial planning, urban mobility, and sustainable development. Making full use of these skills, Mădălina works as an evaluation-examination senior counsellor at the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration in Bucharest, Romania. Additionally, Mădălina is the national contact point for Romania’s sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMPs) and secretary of the National Support Group for the Optimisation of SUMPs. She is associate professor at Hyperion University and associate researcher at the Romanian Academy, and holds a BA, an MA, and a PhD in Human and Economic Geography.
