After graduating in International Business Management, including successful assignments in Abu Dhabi and Hungary, Lisa-Alexandra Reethen started her career at IBM in 2012. Initially specialising in business development with cloud start-ups, Lisa than took on various key accounts and management roles for industrial companies, where she built her expertise around the electronics, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, as well as technologies such as IoT, AI, Analytics, and Cybersecurity. In 2021, Lisa moved to Bosch Climate Solutions, where she took over management of consultancy in sustainability and climate protection the following year. In parallel, she is doing an MBA in sustainable management and future trends.
