Joost Beunderman leads the City Transitions team at Dark Matter Laboratories (DML). They work on a wide range of collaborative programmes, from strategic innovation to technical deep dives. This includes regulatory innovation and data infrastructures for construction materials. Among Joost's current projects are NetZeroCities (the Mission Platform for the EU 100 Climate Neutral Cities) and the CircuLaw project, which DML co-imitated with the City of Amsterdam. Joost trained as an urban geographer and is (mostly) based in London.
