Jennifer Koster enjoys collaborating with like-minded people to execute projects that can make a difference and is deeply passionate about delivering solutions that can improve how we all live and work. She loves connecting, strategising, and finding a way to help enable the important work to happen while using her experience in decarbonisation, sustainability, and circularity in the built environment – to find ways to build better, so we can live better. Sometimes it’s as simple as connecting one person to another, and often as complex as aligning financial models with multiple stakeholder objectives to figure out how large projects with the potential of making a positive impact can be realised. Either way, Jennifer says it’s important that we support and engage each other in meaningful dialogues where we can share our experiences and jointly grow towards collaboration, not competition.
