Ilya Alexander Yacine believes that cities can be ecosystems that regenerate rather than exhaust. In this mission, Ilya combines his passion for systems, people, technology, and the living world by connecting his expertise in AI, change, leadership, and biomimicry. To this end, his work helps teams act with clarity instead by aligning their interests and ambitions to the bigger system and a shared purpose.
He does this through coaching and workshops that help urban teams, residents, and institutions co-create regenerative solutions, and provides tools that give people the confidence and capacity to collaborate across silos. This leads to healthier team cultures, more adaptive governance, and urban projects that are grounded in community needs, technological possibility, and ecological intelligence.
“Through formats like collective sensemaking, self-organisation labs, and AI-supported decision frameworks, I enable diverse actors to develop scalable interventions that strengthen organisational lucidity, team resilience, community wellbeing, and ecological alignment,” he says. “My personal desire is to help people live with more connection, dignity, and freedom.”
