Fabienne Gautier is Head of EU and Place-based Innovation Ecosystems at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). As such, she is responsible for organising the EU Capital of Innovation Awards. This prestigious annual prize recognises cities’ contribution to developing local innovation ecosystems – a topic that really floats Fabienne’s boat! Aiming to improve the public’s wellbeing determines Fabienne’s days in Brussels.
