Eric Sax

Head of Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) | Germany

Eric Sax was the pioneer and later head of the "Component Test" team and subsequent "Test Engineering" department in the MBtech Group, which was an engineering subsidiary of Daimler AG. He has also worked as a research assistant and then head of the Electronic Systems and Microsystems (ESM) group at Forschungszentrum Informatik. (FZI). Brining us up to date, Eric is now head of the Institute for Information Processing Technology (ITIV) at Karlsruher Institute of Technology (KIT), for which he left Daimler Buses as their Head of Development Electrics/Electronics. Eric has a diploma and doctorate in electrical engineering.
