Elena Doms spent 18 years in the Arctic, where she saw climate change happen first-hand. That's why she is so passionate about sustainability. She first learnt how to grow plants and food 30 years ago as a little girl, when she dreamed of rewilding our cities and restoring nature all over the world. As a mother, Elena wants the best future for her and all children. As a leader, Elena has effectively managed cross-cultural teams from 5 to 500 people and worked across geographies in Europe and Asia. More recently, heading C-biotech & Earth Plus, Elena leads a team that are the first to prove that we can clean soils from 'forever chemicals' with plants! They clean soils from pollution, capture CO2, and create a circular economy through nature-based solutions. Elena’s goal is to drive sustainable business transition and educate people about sustainability. She works on projects in Europe and globally, is a speaker, interviews experts, and hosts a video series on LinkedIn.
