Döne Yalçın leverages more than 19 years of professional experience in corporate transactions, project finance, commercial matters, and dispute resolution and is a dual-qualified Turkish and Austrian attorney. Furthermore, Döne is the architect of the global ESG and Sustainability Strategy and a member of the CMS ESG and Sustainability Steering Committee. She advises clients on ESG-related EU regulations on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to, supply chain management, CBAMW, reporting, and D&O responsibilities. Döne also works as a strategic advisor for clients transforming their business and setting up sustainability structures.
