Diana Anastasija Radke

Managing Partner at KVL Bauconsult GmbH | Germany

Diana Anastasija Radke, Managing Partner of the KVL Group, started out as an apprentice and only the project management company’s third employee at the time, when it was still a modest spin-off of the Technical University of Berlin. Now employing around 250 people, Diana has helped grow the business and its many iterations, having helped establish KVL's Central Asia business division in Kazakhstan, and holding positions such as Commercial Director of the KVL Group and a partner in KVL Projektmanagement Berlin GmbH. In 2019, Diana launched #Heat24, a 24-hour charity run which has already raised over 170,000 euros for winter relief assistance programmes in Berlin and Hamburg. This is built around her philosophy: "Do something you find enjoyable, then think about how it might benefit others." She is also a co-founder of Bauen im Bestand, an organisation that promotes the reuse and development of existing buildings, and has served as the organisation's co-chair from its inception. Diana recently became a board member of Architekturpreis Berlin, an association that recognises outstanding achievements in Berlin’s architecture.
