Christiane Behrisch is the Urban Logistics Coordinator for the City of Munich, where she is responsible for developing the overall logistics strategy. Here she drives innovative projects that help the logistics sector reach the goal of climate neutrality by 2035, while at the same time contributing to improved urban liveability and traffic safety. Among Christiane’s previous contributions are projects on cargo bike logistic, a pilot for integrated parcel lockers at public transport stops, a digital marketplace for logistics spaces, and new cooperations for the inner-city integration of delivery and recycling. Before joining the City, Christiane worked in the automotive industry, a sustainable transport consultancy, and for a public transport operator. She has a PhD in Urban Planning and Policy Making.
