- 375 ml coffee
- 1 1/4 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1250 g mascarpone
- 2 1/2 packets vanilla sugar
- 300 g sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 75 ml amaretto
- 65 ladyfingers
- 500 g marzipan potatoes
- 875 g sour cherries
- Cocoa (to taste)
- 7 1/2 tablespoons water
Prepare coffee, let cool and mix with gingerbread spice.
Mix mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and amaretto.
Drain sour cherries, reserving juice. Mix water with starch. Bring cherry juice to a boil and add starch. Allow to thicken and add cherries.
Line baking dish with half of the ladyfingers. Drizzle with half of the coffee and spread with the mascarpone mixture. Spread cherries on top of mascarpone. Layer remaining ladyfingers, coffee and mascarpone on top. Chill for 6 hours.
Cut marzipan potatoes in half. Spread over tiramisu and dust with cocoa.
