Everything you need to know about Urban Future 2025 in Łódź.
EVENT LOCATION
UF25 will be taking place in the wonderful city of Łódź, Poland.
The main venue is a beautifully restored space within the historic former textile factory at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Łódź.

GETTING TO ŁÓDŹ
By train or bus: If you arrive at the Łódź Fabryczna train station, you are in the center of the city. We can also recommend to VISIT THE INTERCITY WEBSITE or KOLEO WEBSITE for easy scheduling and payment.
By plane: For air travel there are two options, the Lodz Airport or the Warsaw Chopin Airport.

WHERE TO STAY
To get the most out of your time in Łódź, make sure you stay where the action happens. We recommend you book your room in one of the following hotels at/around UF25’s main conference venue.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
You’ll receive your pass directly at the event venue. The check-in desks are located in the ground floor of the Vienna House. (Use the left side entrance.)
Just provide your name, and you will get your own badge, serving as a ticket for all venues and sessions.
Check-in times:
- May 20, 2:00 pm – 7pm
- May 21, 7:30 am – 6 pm
- May 22, 8:00 am – 6 pm
Once you’re checked in for UF25, all you need to do is take your conference pass and put it around your neck 🙂
No, you don’t need to print anything. We only need your name 🙂
The email address provided will be used as the participant’s conference ID. You will receive all conference information, along with access to the app, with this email. Therefore, it must be a unique email that is only used with this registration and not used with any other participants.
However, you can enter a second email as CC, which can be used again and again.
No, you don’t have to register for sessions.
As always, you choose the session you want to attend and just show up. With limited capacity, be sure you are there on time.
Very few selected sessions, however, do require pre-registration: those sessions are specifically marked.
All field trips, in contrast, do require pre-registration.
Yes, you have to register for your field trips!
Pre-registration to field trips is mandatory as available seats are usually highly limited. Pre-registration will open late April and as a ticket holder, you’ll be informed well before the registration window opens.
Please be aware: As we have long waiting list for most field trips, we have to charge a no-show fee of 15 € in case you don’t show up without cancelling the trip before Thursday, May 22, 1 pm. If you cancel the field trip until that time, no additional fee applies.

The final event programme including all sessions and speakers will be released on our website by mid March, 2025.

The Young Leaders Programme is a special track of Urban Future events directed at passionate, young people (30 years or younger) who want to change the future of our cities for the better.

The conference language is English.
UF25 brings together CityChangers from all over the world. In order to make the experience most enjoyable for everyone, all Urban Future sessions will be in English.
All speakers will deliver their inputs in English.
There won’t be any translation services.
Yes, the ticket may be transferred to another person before UF25 has started.
To make a name change, contact the Urban Future service team at tickets@urban-future.org. Please note that for name changes, a fee of €15 applies.
Coffee, tee, water and snacks will be provided.
Lunch and dinner are not included in the ticket price.

No, we are afraid not. But you can transfer your ticket to someone else. A fee of 15 € applies for name changes.
Yes the venue is fully accessible.
