Safaa Charafi is an architect and urbanist and the founder of Urban Inclusion, a consulting firm on gender, diversity, and urban planning. With a strong academic background and practical knowledge, she brings over 10 years of experience to her field. Safaa's expertise lies in social and spatial justice, with a special focus on gender, migration, and intersectionality. Currently a consultant for international development agencies as well as a policy officer for UNOPS, Safaa is also Belgium’s 40under40, entrepreneur, lecturer, and speaker, sharing valuable insights on fair and intersectional urban practices.
